The belt type permanent magnet separator is characterized by automatic unloading of iron, constant magnetic field, no change of cold and hot state, less failure points, and is more common under the bandwidth of 1200 mm. Since the development of magnetic shielding technology is still not enough, it brings a lot of troubles to manufacturing, transportation, installation, operation and maintenance. For example, a large piece of iron is sucked into the magnetic box and there is a problem that it may not be thrown away, thereby pinching the belt to burn the motor. At the same time, it is difficult to remove, and it may cause damage to the magnetic block, so it is limited in large-scale applications.
